What happens if we don’t use all our credits within 12 months?
Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. We will contact you at the 9-month mark to help you schedule any remaining sessions before the expiry date. Extensions may be agreed in exceptional circumstances.
Can we use credits for different courses and different delegates?
Yes — credits can be used across any of our courses and any delivery format. You can mix public courses, in-house sessions and virtual masterclasses, and different delegates can attend different sessions throughout the programme.
What is the minimum credit block purchase?
The minimum credit block is £1,000 +VAT. The volume discount tiers begin at purchases of up to £5,000 (5%), so smaller purchases are welcome — they simply don’t attract a volume discount.
Can we cancel or reschedule sessions once booked?
Sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 5 working days notice at no charge. Cancellations received with less than 5 working days notice will be deducted from the credit block as a used session.
Is there a minimum number of delegates per session?
For in-house and dedicated group sessions, a minimum of 6 delegates per session is required. For public courses, delegates simply book onto existing scheduled dates with no minimum.
How do we pay and when does the credit become active?
We issue a formal VAT invoice on acceptance of the credit proposal. Credits become active on receipt of payment and the 12-month validity period begins from that date. Payment can be made by BACS transfer or cheque.
