Our pricing is based on your specific requirements, number of delegates (4–12), and training objectives. Contact us for a detailed, no-obligation quote tailored to your needs.

What's the minimum number of delegates?

We require a minimum of 4 delegates for in-house training. This ensures good group dynamics while keeping costs reasonable. Maximum is typically 12 per session.

Can you deliver training virtually?

Yes — all our courses are available virtually via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Virtual sessions are just as interactive and engaging as in-person delivery.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend 2–3 weeks' notice to ensure trainer availability. We can often accommodate shorter timescales — get in touch and we'll do our best.

What if we need to reschedule?

We understand plans change. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 5 working days' notice.

Can you create fully bespoke programmes?

Absolutely. If you need to combine multiple topics, address specific challenges, or build a long-term development plan, we'll create something unique for your organisation.

How long are your courses?

Standard courses run 9am–5pm (one full day). We can also deliver half-day sessions, two-day intensives, or ongoing development programmes to suit your schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

10+ working days notice: full refund. 5–9 days: 50% refund. Under 5 days: no refund, but you may reschedule within 6 months.
