When Will I Receive The Course Joining Instructions?
You will receive your Course Joining Instructions along with the venue details 7-10 days in advance of the course start date.
Do You Cater For Special Dietary Requirements?
We are able to cater for special dietary requirements, ie. vegetarian, dairy free, etc as long as we are notified a couple of days in advance of the course so we have time to notify the venue.
Do You Have Any More Dates Available?
If the dates listed on the website are not suitable for you, it is always worth contacting us to request some alternatives as we do have the option of adding additional dates
What If I Change My Mind? Do You Offer A Refund?
We appreciate that sometimes people need to cancel courses for a variety of reasons. We will always work with you to offer alternative dates for you to attend a course at a different time. If this is not an option for you, we will offer a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy which can be found in the “About Us” section of the website.
Can I Transfer To A Different Date If Necessary?
We aim to be as flexible as possible where delegates are unable to attend a course on a particular date. We will always do our best to swap you across to a different date at a later time, at no extra charge.
Do I Need To Prepare Any Work In Advance?
No formal preparation is required. However, this is a practical workshop applied to your own business, so we recommend coming with a clear sense of your current situation: who your customers are (or who you think they are), what you currently do for marketing, and what isn’t working. The more real-world detail you bring, the more useful your action plan will be.
Do I receive a Certificate for Attending?
Yes. We issue a Certificate of Achievement to every delegate who successfully completes the course.
