Booking Your Place - Frequently Asked Questions
We do require payment to be made in advance for all of our public courses, unless your organisation is able to provide a PO number. We will then be able to raise an invoice for you and your organisation will have 30 days in which to pay. With regards to paying online, we accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal. Once you have made payment, you will automatically receive an invoice for your records.
Please note that you DO NOT need to have a Paypal Account in order to pay by card – you can checkout as a Guest and you will be taken to a screen where you are able to enter your card details. Call us on 0800 158 8314 if you experience difficulty making payment.
We don’t generally ask delegates to prepare any work in advance for any of our courses. The only 2 exceptions are our Presentation Skills Course and our Train The Trainer Course where we ask for a 10 minute presentation to be prepared in advance.
We are able to cater for special dietary requirements, ie. vegetarian, dairy free, etc as long as we are notified a couple of days in advance of the course so we have time to notify the venue.
You will receive your Course Joining Instructions along with the venue details a couple of weeks in advance of the course start date. We use a number of different venues for our training courses and we tend to book them just before the course start date when we have a firmer idea of the final number of people who will be attending on the day.
We appreciate that sometimes people need to cancel courses for a variety of reasons. We will always work with you to offer alternative dates for you to attend a course at a different time. If this is not an option for you, we will offer a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy which can be found in the “About Us” section of the website.
We aim to be as flexible as possible where delegates are unable to attend a course on a particular date. We will always do our best to swap you across to a different date at a later time.
We issue a Certificate of Acheivement to every delegate who attends our courses. If the specific course you have booked is CPD Accredited, you will also receive a CPD Certificate on successful completion of the e-Learning Module.
If you have 4 or more people within your organisation looking to attend the same training, it is often more cost effective for us to come and deliver the course for you at your workplace as we offer you a “Daily Rate” as opposed to a “Delegate Rate”. We can generally take up to 12 people on most courses and so this can be very cost effective if you have larger numbers. Contact us for details and prices.

Our courses start at 9.30am and finish between 4.30 and 5.00pm. We ask for delegates to arrive promptly at around 9.15am so we can register everyone and get the course underway on time. Tea/coffee/water will be available on arrival and we provide a further 2 servings of refreshments along with a 15 min break throughout the day. We also provide a healthy working lunch which is served around 12.30pm. We are able to cater for special dietary requirements as long as we are given ample notice in advance of the course start date. We can be flexible on start and finish timings, but again it would be helpful if you could let us know in advance.
We deliver our courses across 5 major cities - Leeds, London, Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham. All of our course venues are conveniently located in the city centre. They are close to local amenities, main transport networks and NCP car parks. We tend to use 3/4 star hotels or professional training rooms to deliver our training. We have a choice of preferred venues and we book rooms with them subject to availability. You will be notified of which particular venue we will be using close to the course start date when we have an idea of final numbers. All venues provide free wi-fi. Please see below details of our preferred venues.

To put your minds at ease, we deliver our training courses either in hotels or professional training venues which are all located conveniently in central locations. The venues we work with have the required Covid19 measures in place with regards to hand sanitisation and ventilation. We also ensure that we book larger rooms than normal to maintain social distancing, and we have also reduced the number of people attending our courses to a maximum of 6 delegates.
