We tend to deliver our Virtual Public/Open Courses via Zoom, but we can also deliver via Microsoft Teams if you are looking to book a session for your team

We deliver our Virtual Classrooms via Zoom which is an online video conferencing facility. You will need to download the Zoom.exe file to your computer in advance of the course. We will email an access link across to you just before the course start time. Your course trainer will then give you a quick demo of the technical aspects, and will explain how to interact by means of asking questions, sharing screens, etc. When you join the classroom you will be placed in a waiting room until the course start time.
The course starts at 9.30am with a "live", interactive online “Classroom” Group in your chosen subject area. Our live, interactive approach allows for participant debate, discussion and viewpoints to be shared. This is an extremely beneficial approach in subject matter where there are rarely definitive “right” or “wrong” answers. This approach allows for many of these “grey areas” surrounding the topic to be discussed. There will also be a lunch break and lots of comfort breaks built into the day.

We do require payment to be made in advance for all of our public courses, unless your organisation is able to provide a PO number. We will then be able to raise an invoice for you and your organisation will have 30 days in which to pay. With regards to paying online, we accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal. Once you have made payment, you will automatically receive an invoice for your records.
Please note that you DO NOT need to have a Paypal Account in order to pay by card – you can checkout as a Guest and you will be taken to a screen where you are able to enter your card details. Call us on 0800 158 8314 if you experience difficulty making payment.
Our courses start at 9.30am and finish around 4.30pm. We recognise that it is more difficult to concentrate when the course is being delivered “virtually” as opposed to “face to face”, and so we build in a number of short comfort breaks to assist with this along with a lunch break.
We don’t generally ask delegates to prepare any work in advance for any of our courses. The only 2 exceptions are our Presentation Skills Course and our Train The Trainer Course where we ask for a 10 minute presentation to be prepared in advance.
The course tutor will contact you around 2 days before the course with the link to access the live classroom. You will be placed in a waiting room until the course is due to commence.
We aim to be as flexible as possible where delegates are unable to attend a course on a particular date. We will always do our best to swap you across to a different date at a later time.
We issue a Certificate of Acheivement to every delegate who attends our courses. If the specific course you have booked is CPD Accredited, you will also receive a CPD Certificate on successful completion of the e-Learning Module.
We appreciate that sometimes people need to cancel courses for a variety of reasons. We will always work with you to offer alternative dates for you to attend a course at a different time. If this is not an option for you, we will offer a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy which can be found in the “About Us” section of the website.
