When Will I Receive The Course Joining Instructions?
You will receive your Course Joining Instructions along with the venue details 7-10 days in advance of the course start date.
Do You Cater For Special Dietary Requirements?
We are able to cater for special dietary requirements, ie. vegetarian, dairy free, etc as long as we are notified a couple of days in advance of the course so we have time to notify the venue.
Do You Have Any More Dates Available?
If the dates listed on the website are not suitable for you, it is always worth contacting us to request some alternatives as we do have the option of adding additional dates
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or change a date, we will always try to transfer you to an alternative date first. Where that is not possible, cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the course date you cancel. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I Transfer To A Different Date If Necessary?
Yes — we will always work with you to find an alternative date wherever possible. Just email us at info@assettrainingacademy.com as soon as you know.
Do I Need To Prepare Any Work In Advance?
We don’t generally ask delegates to prepare any work in advance for any of our courses. The only 2 exceptions are our Presentation Skills Course and our Train The Trainer Course where we ask for a 10 minute presentation to be prepared in advance.
Do I receive a Certificate for Attending?
Yes. We issue a Certificate of Achievement to every delegate who successfully completes the course.
What if I need to send a colleague instead?
Substituting a delegate is free of charge — just email us at info@assettrainingacademy.com with the new delegate's name as soon as you have decided.
What if I am ill or there is a transport strike?
Our standard cancellation terms apply in all circumstances, including illness, transport difficulties or adverse weather. We recommend booking with a reasonable buffer where possible. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14 working days of cancellation confirmation, to the original payment method. We will acknowledge your cancellation request within 2 working days and confirm the next steps.
