Blended Learning
We deliver the 2 day Leadership and Management Course as a “blended learning” programme which means that after the classroom course has been delivered, each delegate will be given access to an e-Learning Module in “Leadership” which can be studied in their own time. The module takes around 1.5 to 2 hours to complete and delegates will have access to the materials for 12 months. Once the module has been successfully completed, the course becomes CPD accredited and a CPD certificate will be available to download and print to demonstrate their commitment to Continuous Professional Development. The course carries 3 CPD points.
This course starts by introducing the basics of Leadership and explores where the concept originated from. It then goes on to discuss various Leadership theories, including Situational Leadership, Contingency Theories, Transactional and Transformational Leadership and more. It then moves on to discuss Developing Teams and Team Members by looking at the “role” Leaders play in this. The final two modules cover the role Communication plays in Effective Leadership and finishes off with a module about moving forward together to achieve a Shared Vision

The e-learning course takes approximately 90 mins to complete. You have access to the course materials for 12 months. This can be useful to refer back to as a refresher.
The course is CPD accredited and carries 3 CPD Points
The course format is a presenter led video, followed by a series of multiple choice questions. You have 3 attempts to successfully answer each question correctly. Once all modules have been passed, you will be issued with a digital CPD accredited certificate to download and print for your records.
