How Do I Access The Course?
As soon as you have made payment for the course, you will receive login details into your inbox within 30 minutes. This will enable you to start the course immediately.
When Will I Receive My Certificate?
You will receive your digital accredited certificate as soon as you have successfully answered the questions correctly and acheived the required pass mark for the course. The certificate will be available to download and print for your records.
How Long Is My Certificate Valid For?
You will need to check with your employer, but we normally recommend that you refresh your certificate every 12 months to ensure that you are up to date with any changes in legislation.
What Happens If I Fail The Test?
You have 3 attempts to answer each question correctly and you can replay the video as many times as necessary to enable you to give the correct answer. If you fail 3 times, you can contact us and we will give you a further 3 attempts to answer the questions correctly and pass the course.
Which Browser Should I Use to Study The Course?
The course is more compatible with either Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge or something similar. The system is not compatible with Internet Explorer.
